Cancellation Policy

Ruggs Ranch deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your hunt dates.
Big Game hunt deposits are 50% cost of the hunt, with the balance due by May 15th.
Wing Shooting Deposits are 50% cost of the hunt, plus balance due upon arrival.

If you cancel or decrease the number of hunters or the length of stay, we require a 30-day notice in writing or email. Otherwise, the fees will be charged according to the original reservation.

We suggest you inquire about traveler's insurance to help with last-minute cancellations.

Gratuity Policy

A 15% gratuity will be added to the cost of your hunt and distributed evenly between all staff members.

If you feel a certain staff member merits additional gratuity, please show your appreciation.
